Returns accepted only for *manufacturing defects, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused, with original tags, box, and packaging intact.
- After inspection and approval, you will receive either:
- Full refund in Jager-Smith Coins, or
- Exchange with the same or equivalent product (subject to availability).
- No monetary refunds. Refunds are only issued in Jager-Smith Coins.
- Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear & tear, or without original packaging will not be accepted.
